Your Easter Offering At Work, St. Luke's Hospital, Nablus

In March, when your Grace Church pilgrims visited the Holy Lands, we visited Nablus and St. Luke's Hospital. Our group witnessed first-hand the great need and the great work the staff provides with limited resources and outdated equipment.
Residents of the area seek out this Christian hospital, knowing they will receive expert care and can be treated with dignity, regardless of their ability to pay.
When touring the hospital, we learned of the failure of a 20-year-old anesthesia machine in one of the hospital's major surgery suites. As a result, the doctors are forced to delay crucial surgeries for people who do not have the means to obtain care elsewhere, placing their lives and families in peril. Residents of this area are some of the world's most vulnerable families.
Your generosity through Grace's Easter Offering, combined with Holy Week offerings from other Episcopal Churches to help raise the $42,000 cost of a new anesthesia machine. Your gift makes a difference in the lives of those who live where Jesus himself healed so many.
