Registration Open for Camp Phoenix
Camp Phoenix is an overnight camp -- seven days and six nights of fun and adventure! This year's camp runs from July 29 through August 4, 2018.
Camp is held at DuBois Center (2651 Quarry Road, DuBois, Illinois), and campers age 8 to 15 are welcome to attend. Campers stay in a cabin group with approximately six other kids the same age. Campers make new friends, see old friends again, and try new things together like canoeing, horseback riding, archery, campfires and all-camp games.
Camp Phoenix is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Missouri, and alongside traditional camp activities, campers participate in creative daily spiritual sessions designed around the week's theme. Also, each night concludes with cabin prayer. Any camper, regardless of their religious background, is welcome to attend Camp Phoenix.
Camp Phoenix staff members are professionally-trained high school graduates. They love Camp Phoenix and are committed to making each camper's experience special. Many counselors have been campers themselves!
