Wednesdays In Lent
And a voice came from heaven, “You are my Son, the Beloved; with you I am well please.” And the Spirit immediately drove him out into the wilderness. Mark 1
This Lent you are invited into a journey to commit in new ways to becoming Beloved Community and growing loving, liberating, life-giving relationships across the human family of God. We make the journey not only as individual Christians and congregations, but as a whole church.
6 p.m. Soup and Salad Dinner (Sign-up in the parish hall or call the church office at 314.821.1806 if you plan to attend so we are prepared for everyone!)

- March 18: The Lent 3 discussion will focus on the ways we can go about Proclaiming the Dream of Beloved Community.
- March 25: The Lent 4 session is intended to help us Practice the Way of Love in the Pattern of Jesus.

Grace Church School Students have elected to help save bees this lent. Students would like to give the gift of honeybees (through Heifer International) to farmers that are able to harvest honey during the non-growing season to earn extra income while also helping to sustain and renew the life of the earth. They will also be learning about bees and are planning a bee friendly garden this spring.
Grace Church Junior High and Senior School will be responding to human need through their loving service this Lent. They will be making blessing bags for the homeless and will be using creative ways to put the bags into the hands of those who need them most.
