Grace on the Go: Rediscovering Lewis and Clark
Wednesday, June 4Tour the Lewis and Clark Museum and Boat House in historic St. Charles with Grace on the Go on Wednesday, June 7. Car pools leave Grace at 9:15 for a 10:00 a.m. tour. $5 admission is payable no later than Sunday, June 4. Put in envelope in Grace on the Go mailbox; mark sign-up sheet on bulletin board when paid.

Museum exhibits include dioramas highlighting the Lewis and Clark Expedition, Native American displays, and various Missouri River habitats encountered during the journey. Four half-scale buildings show architectural styles of the 18th and 19th centuries. The Boat House features full-scale replicas of the keelboat, red pirogue, white pirogue, and dugout canoes used by Lewis and Clark’s Corps of Discovery. Lunch follows at Magpie’s.
This will be our last event before the summer -- our expeditions will begin again next fall.
