Dismantling Racism Training

This two-day workshop is open to all Christians who wish to deepen their understanding of racism, prejudice and privilege. The event is hosted by the Diocese of Missouri Dismantling Racism Commission.
This is the REQUIRED workshop for all clergy, persons seeking ordination, youth workers, employees, and wardens. It is suggested training for any lay leadership in the Diocese of Missouri. This two-day workshop will account for 14 hours of canonically required training. There is no cost for this workshop, but registration is required.

The training has been described as engaging, challenging, supporting, uplifting; it is an intense workshop which includes historic and current material, multimedia, small groups, role plays, facilitated dialogue, and spiritual nourishment.
Free continental breakfast, lunch, beverages, and snacks provided each day.
Training will take place with a minimum of 15 participants. 40 is the maximum number of participants accepted.
Non-Episcopalians are welcome.
