Church School Begins September 12
We invite all students in preschool through high school to be a part of our Church School programs. Grace members volunteer their time to teach the students age-appropriate Bible lessons and help them build relationships that will last a lifetime.
Sunday School classes for grades K-6 will meet each Sunday during the school year on the lower level. New this year! Students will gather at 9:45 a.m. for a light breakfast and fellowship. Classes begin at 10 a.m. Parents are encouraged to bring their children to classes, chat with the teachers and keep up with the class activities. Activities include Bible stories, music, fun activities, and engaging crafts. Classes overlap the 10:00 a.m. worship services, with the students joining their families in time to share Holy Communion.
The Episcopal Youth Community (EYC) includes youth in grades 7 – 12. Grace youth and their friends come together for faith, food, and fun. EYC meets monthly for Sunday School. Teachers also plan social events, community service, and worship events. Participants make new friends, serve the community and have fun doing God's work in the world!
The Choir, Handbells, Lectors, and Acolyte Ministries are also youth ministries. Youth are encouraged to deepen their faith and knowledge of the Episcopal Church by participating in these activities.
