Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters,
in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies
as living sacrifices holy and pleasing to God.
This is your spiritual act of worship.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s
will is: His good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 12:1-2

People of all ages, experience, strength and flexibility are welcome to attend. Instructor Risha Hoffman leads the group using the Dynamic Yoga Method, which places the emphasis on what you can do and feel within your personal flexibility, alignment, strength and concentration.

Our classes are infused with practical biblical applications that teach honor for the body and transformation of the mind.  Each class is designed to see yourself deeper within the context of the yoga practice itself and applying it to other aspects of life.  Yoga is not a religion nor are we wanting you to see our classes as so.  However, the implication is that we are spiritual beings with a physical body.

$10 per class
$40 for 5 classes
$75 for 10 classes
