Soup Supper & Study: Crazy Christians

Wednesdays in Lent, March 12 – April 9 / 6 – 8 p.m.
Jesus did a lot of “crazy” things in his lifetime, and we’re called to the same as his followers. In this year’s Lenten study, we’ll use Bishop Michael Curry’s engaging book and videos to learn how to break away from the voices of our culture and embrace the crazy hope of the Gospel. Each evening begins with a soup supper and ends with a service of healing.

  • Please sign up in Albright Parish Hall to help provide the suppers.
  • Books will be available at class for $12.25 each (not required for class, but will enhance your experience)
  • Ebooks are available at
  • “Crazy Christians” also available through Grace’s Online Academy as an addition to this program or for those who can’t be with us on Wednesday evenings.

Adult & Youth Sunday Series: The Five Marks of Mission

Sunday mornings in Lent, March 9 – April 6 / 9 – 10 a.m.

Our Sunday Series in Lent dives into the Five Marks of Mission to help inspire all ages to become involved in God’s integrated mission. We’ll read relevant biblical stories, hear what current thinkers and practitioners have to say, and see mission in action around the world.

Please note: This class is for adults AND all high school students. We will not have our regular 9:45 a.m. high school classes so that the students can attend full worship services throughout Lent. Parents are encouraged to attend with their students!

Lenten Prayers & Almsgiving

Practice the spiritual discipline of almsgiving this Lenten season by giving of ourselves to help others through Episcopal Relief and Development. Pick up an ERD daily devotional and a collection box for your prayers and almsgiving. We’ll bless all the alms Sunday, April 27.
